This religious festival is a portable shrine procession, with more than 20 different kinds of participants, or elements. The order of the procession is as follows: Sendou-the Processional Leader; Tsuyubarai-Shishi -Heralding Lion; Tategasa -Flag Bearers (holding a flag shaped like a folded parasol); Hasamibako - Lacquered Chest Consignees; Mansakusai - Comical Manzai Performers;Yakko Odori - Rollicking Retainers; Hiragasa - Extended Parasols; Yumi -Bow & Arrow Unit;Teppou - Firearm Fellows; Taka-Falconer; Kinpei - Golden Staff with Ceremonial Paper Streamers; Big Taiko Drum; Long-nosed Tengu Goblin; Shishinkii - Four Divine Flags; Shameiki - Company Standard (processional banner); Kinki - Brocade Flag; Matsuriboko - Festival Pikestaff; Mikoshi - portable shrine); Shinto Priest; Representative of the Parishioners; and, lastly, the Attendants.
