After the mikoshi (portable shrine) is paraded from the shrine to the former Kounoura Elementary School by the children, they will experience horseback riding in the shrine grounds. On the approach to the shrine, there will also be horseback archery, Akachan no dohyōiri (the blessing of babies by sumo wrestlers for good luck, children's sumo, and eel catching.
