If there is no household with a first-bon, the dance is not performed. The dance is performed to the accompaniment of shimedaiko drums, gongs, and a love song. The song includes the rhyme "Nonnoko-saisai". This song is called "Nonnoko-bushi" and is found in the Takachiho area.
