The parade consists of oneTsuyuharai, one shinto priest, 1 servant carrying stuff, 2 lions, 2 "tamafuri", 5 naginata, 18 "torige", and 3 mikoshi (portable shrines). On the day of the festival, following the Shinto ritual at Tenmangu Shrine, the Shinto priest, two lions, a large and a small drum, two each of Tombogaki, Hiragaki, and Haguri, 18 "torige", and three portable shrines lead the procession. The parade travels about 1 km from Omiyaji Tenmangu Shrine to Hachimangu Shrine.
