Otohime Shrine's annual festival is held every year on April 15th. The procession takes place from 11am, after which the procession makes its way to the 'Gokariya' (A temporary shrine where the 'Mikoshi' portable shrine rests for a time). The procession then returns to the shrine at around 1pm and the 'Mikoshi' are carried around the outside of the shrine 12 times.
