Category Name:Other

This is an amusing, satirical dance in which 12 performers, who are mainly warriors, express what common people think about samurai. According to folklore, the dance was performed by an old man when he was a child. As he was born in the Tempo Period (1830-1844) it is thought that the dance's origins predate him.
